Forgetting always gets me lost
I seem to be daydreaming
And it comes with a cost
I forget where I park my car
I always seem to park it too far
I miss my exit on the freeway
It doesn’t matter, night or day
I always seem to burn dinner
Maybe I’ll get a little thinner
I forget my children’s names
Josh, John, Jerry, oh yea, James
I’m late picking up my kids
I hope they don’t flip their lids
Daydreaming can be so much fun
As long as I don’t forget and get everything done
I wonder, what am I suppose to be doing now?
I don’t know…….. But ciao!
I will never forget Your precepts, For by them You have given me life.
Psalms 119:93

Cute poem but a little to close to home. lol. Forgetting where the car is parked, forgetting my child's name...seriously, I call my kid by the cat's name sometimes...this is all too familiar.
