Whistle and Sing

Whistle my bird,

You call out with a whistle.

Waiting to be heard,

A sound of a happy bird that sings

So loud and so clear.

Oh, what joy the sound brings

What joy it is to my ear.

Whistle my bird

It’s time to be heard.

So, whistle and sing

The sound is uplifting,

How happy you must be

To sit in a tree.

Whistle and sing

What joy it brings.

You have no worries,

No place for hurries,

Just sit in the tree

And be free.

So…..whistle my bird!

Make a joyful shout to the LORD, all you lands! Serve the LORD with gladness; Come before His presence with singing. Know that the LORD, He is God

Anyone

Once again, here alone, silence in the dark.

As I look all around,

There is no one to be found.

I ask, “Anyone out there?

Can’t you see?

I’m here…I’m in fear.

I don’t want to be alone,

Anyone… please come near.

I hate to feel so blue,

I just want to be loved by you.

I heard this man,

He gently calls out,

“I will hold your hand

Without a doubt.

I’m here… don’t pout.

There’s nothing you should fear

You’re not alone…you’re well known.

I’m telling you…I’m near,

I want you to know

I’m your Father

And I love you, my dear.”

Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us,

that we should be called children of God!

The Whisper In the Wind

 The Whisper In The Wind
The whisper in the wind was created by Him.

The power in the air, the breeze that blows in your hair.

For by Him all things were created

Through Him and for Him.

Sit quietly and listen, you can hear the whisper in the wind.

Words of comfort and love, words tender to your heart

Telling us… that, He will never depart.

God is so good, He takes away the shame.

 He reminds me,

 “You’re my child,

There is no shame, there is no blame.

I give you peace, please smile my child,

Just listen to the whisper in the wind.

It’s Me… I love you, my friend.”

For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible an invisible.

Moon Light

 Moon Light
If you looked up in to the sky tonight
You would have seen a glowing light
A moon light that was so bright
But wait…..it was a crescent moon
How can this be?
It was glowing….honestly
As a I stare, I ruminate

I noticed the moon
It does illuminate
A crescent moon is part way
Between a half moon and a new moon
If there was a way
To talk to the moon
I would say,
“Will you please stay?”

“I’m amazed at how great you are
I wish you were not so far
Come dance, come play
Love to see your display
This is what I would say”

The moon and stars to rule by night, For His mercy [endures] forever.

Look, What Do You see?

"Look, what do you see?"

As I gaze in to the sky, it calls out to me.

I’m mesmerized by the stream of colors,

The shades of blue beaming through.

Surrounded by the pearls of the sky,

Light that is so bright

Wanting you to see the truth.

"Just open your eyes, I will show you great things.

Look, what do you see?”

As I seek to see

Pushing the enormous clouds aside.

The sky becomes clear.

More streams of blue,

Light shining through.

How easy it is to truly see,

How awesome how breathtaking

The heavens are.

May I fly to you? May I touch you?

I desire to be with you. Take me away, let me be with you.

“Look, what do you see?”

As I continue to gaze and long into the sky,

I image the blue streams

Shooting down touching my out stretched hands.

Finger tips tingling,

Warmth and comfort flowing down my body,

Joy within.

I can see!

I can feel my One and only true God.

It was Him calling out to me.

“Look, what do you see?

Seek Me, long for Me.

I’m calling you by name.

That joy within,

The warmth and comfort…. I gave.

I have more for you just call out to Me.”

As I bow down and worship Almighty God,

Tears fill my eyes,

His presence surrounding me.

Glory to You my Majesty.

Oh, How I’ve missed thee!

Please forgive me, my dearest Jesus.

Look, I can SEE!

Moreover the word of the Lord came to me, saying, "Jeremiah, what do you see?

And I said, "I see a branch of an almond tree,"

Then the Lord said to me, "You have seen well, for I am ready to perform My word."

My Royal Ranger Boys and My Princess Butterfly

We had a Dorba bike race at Mountain Creek and we invited the boys to go on a sportings event. Some of the boys entered the race and so did Eyevette. Kids 9 and under can race as long as they had their bike and helmet.

Cheer them on!

We had such a great time. The boys earn the Sportings patch, and Eyvette had fun.....Oh, Jade and Josh were there, Jade was helping in parking and Josh was in the kitchen. Poor Jade got sun burned badly and Josh had a full stomach.

The New Challenge ( biking)

One of my goals before I turned 45 was to start bike riding….. I have begun! I biked a few times on the beginner trail and it felt really good. It’s a one mile ride. I took my time and enjoyed the trail, the trail is very narrow with some steep hills and tree branches sticking out which can smack you in the face. So I was very careful.

I took my kids out with me, but two of them did not enjoy it as much. So, only Josh and I bike. There are some hills that we have to walk up, but soon, as I continue, I will ride up them without trouble. I haven’t figured how to change the speeds yet, while, I mean, on the time I’m supposed to.

I have been biking at least two miles, still on the beginners trail but increasing the time. My Pastor asked if we wanted to bike the other day, he wanted to start biking. Of course I said, “yes” thinking I was a pro. We went on the beginners trail and he took off, I tried my best to catch up, boy was I pooped. I never went that fast before. We went for 2 miles, up and down, smacking branching, falling, and walking up the hills… don’t’ get me wrong, I had a blast.

So, I figured that I am going to try to bike everyday and get real good at it, ride up the hills without stopping and increase my speed. I know I can do it, I have to stay focused. Yesterday I went out and on the first mile I had to walk up some hills, but the second mile I got better.

The funny thing is I’m working out but still not losing the weight, what am I to do? Anyways, I will keep it up, maybe one day it will drop.
